Into the Dark with Jason Peterson

Tuesday, September 15, 2015

Some photos are just meant to be in Black and White. Just like Jason Peterson's. He is definitely one of my favourites when it comes to monotone photos. I'm no where near to being a professional photographer and I'm in no position whatsoever to merely comment and criticise any photographers but I just really want to express my fondness to this incredible photographer that I've discovered from Instagram (you read it right, yes, Instagram again :P). If you have read my previous post, you'd know that I usually discover artists / photographers and other random "stuffs"  that I think are really cool from Instagram. It's no secret that I, undeniably, am a big fan of Instagram! *both hands up*

Okay! Enough about me... Now, let's get down to bizzness...

Are you ready? Let's follow him into the dark.

Have been seeing a lot of staircase photos but none of them looks as fascinating as this.

"Are you sure this is not a painting? For real?"
Someone just asked me that.
LOL

Just lines and a silhouette figure.
After staring at it for awhile, I somehow find that human figure kinda creepy.
But it's creepy in a cool way.
I guess you could say that it's creepily cool?

Ever heard of the movie 'Upside Down'?
This reminds me so much of that movie.

Can you believe that this is taken just by iPhone 6?
Gosh, coolest thing ever.

That feeling when all these photos could be really really
great wallpapers.

I personally like how he captures photos of landscape especially buildings, skyscrapers.  The lighting, angles, framing, composition everything looks incredibly good. And the way he describes himself in his bio is just way too cooool. Went through a couple of articles with his interviews and I find him a very interesting person as well. You can have a look at them here and here.
